Box-Office Report: ‘Death on the Nile’ Has a Pretty Successful Run: ‘Jackass’ and ‘Spider-Man’ Continue to Make Money

Cinemas have finally reopened in many Canadian provinces this week, so the ones who have missed Spider-Man: No Way Home or wanted to reintroduce themselves to the power of “da movies” with Jackass Forever have flooded cinemas. They’ve both had a successful weekend, adding to their grosses, but the real winner of the weekend is Kenneth Branagh’s Death on the Nile. Despite its multiple pandemic setbacks and a slew of controversies regarding some of its supporting cast, the movie ended up as the number one of the weekend. Here’s the full top 10:
